About

Venue Fitout (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) makes hospitality furniture for cafes, pubs, restaurants and beer gardens in Australia and New Zealand: bentwood and upholstered dining chairs, banquettes and settles, and outdoor seating for courtyards and footpaths. Everything is made to order in EASEN's own production base in Foshan, China, approved on drawings first and shipped by container direct to your port.

Why Venue Fitout exists

Australian and New Zealand hospitality has a particular rhythm: the all-day cafe that opens at 6 am, the pub with a dining room, a sports bar and a beer garden under one roof, the corner bistro with tables spilling onto the footpath. Furnishing those venues usually means three or four suppliers, mixed lead times and furniture that never quite matches.

Venue Fitout (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) exists to make that simpler. We make the cafe chairs, dining chairs, banquettes, pub settles and outdoor furniture for a whole venue, sized in millimetres to your floor plan and shipped together in one container.

How we work

We are the manufacturer. You send a floor plan and a brief, and we come back with a selection, a metric specification and a quote. Every built piece, especially banquettes, is drawn for approval before production, and we make pre-production samples when you want to see and sit on a chair first. Timber colours, powder-coat colours, fabrics and foams are chosen for your venue, and outdoor pieces are specified for Australian UV and, where needed, coastal exposure.

We also look after the export side: export packing, commercial invoices, packing lists and the packing information your customs broker needs for biosecurity. We are honest about what we do not do: we have no Australian or New Zealand warehouse and no local installation crews.

The factory

Production is at EASEN's own base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China, the world's largest furniture trading hub. Timber, metal, upholstery and finishing suppliers are all close by, which is what lets us build custom sizes and finishes at contract volumes and combine many product types into one container.

Factory-direct means you talk to the people who make your furniture, you approve real drawings, and you are not paying an importer to hold stock you may not want.

Who it is for

  • Cafe and restaurant owners opening or refitting a venue
  • Pub and hotel groups refreshing dining rooms, bars and beer gardens
  • Hospitality fitout companies, shopfitters and interior designers
  • Multi-site operators who need consistent furniture across locations

Experience behind the line

EASEN's broader hospitality work includes a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Those projects built the drawing, sampling and full-venue coordination process that Venue Fitout now applies to cafes, pubs and restaurants in Australia and New Zealand.

How we work

  1. 1

    Floor plan and brief

Send your plan or fitout drawings with seat targets, the look you want and timing. Tell us which areas are indoor, covered outdoor and fully exposed, and how far the venue is from the coast.

  2. 2

    Selection and specification

We propose chairs, banquettes, tables and outdoor pieces, check seat counts and aisles against your plan, and specify timbers, frames, fabrics and finishes. You receive a written spec and quote in metric.

  3. 3

    Drawings and samples

Dimensioned shop drawings for every built piece, especially banquettes cut to your walls. Pre-production samples or finish and fabric swatches are sent for approval before anything is made.

  4. 4

    Production and QC

Frames are made, finished and upholstered in our Foshan base. We check against the approved drawing, photograph finished pieces and confirm packing quantities before loading.

  5. 5

    Container to venue

We load your container, issue the commercial invoice, packing list and packing declaration details your customs broker needs, and ship FOB, CIF or DDP. Assembly guides are supplied for anything flat-packed.
