The Lorne is a compact, freestanding two-seater that reads as a booth from the front and a neat upholstered box from the back. The tall back and sides are wrapped in one colour, sage green or navy in the photos, and the two seat cushions are in a contrasting oatmeal. Underneath, a slim walnut-tone plinth stands on short tapered legs, which lifts the booth off the floor for easy cleaning.
It is sized for two guests and can be used in facing pairs around a two-seat table, as a waiting bench in a foyer, or as a short lounge seat beside a water feature or window as shown.
Construction: plywood and timber carcass, high-resilience foam with fibre wrap, commercial vinyl or fabric; solid timber plinth and legs with glides.
Where it works: hotel lobbies, restaurant waiting areas, cafe lounges and small dining rooms.
Options: back and seat colours specified separately, one- to three-seat lengths, back height, stain; COM accepted.
