The Ubud set takes its cue from traditional timber joinery: dark-stained frames, a back of thin vertical slats framed by a rounded top rail, and a small quatrefoil cut-out panel in the centre of the back. Seats are flat upholstered cushions in a sage-green woven fabric. The benches have arms at each end, and the same frame language carries through to single armchairs.
In the photos the benches face each other across narrow rectangular tables with white marble-look tops on black pedestal bases, set close to a window wall. A single bench also stands alone as waiting or garden-room seating.
Pieces shown:
- two- and three-seat lattice benches with arms
- matching armchairs
- rectangular stone-look tables on pedestal bases

Where it works: tea houses, modern Asian restaurants, yum cha rooms and hotel lobbies.
