The Margaret River sits between a booth and a sofa. Its walnut-tone timber frame stands on an open rectangular base, the back is a panel of woven cane between solid timber posts, and low timber arms enclose a single long seat cushion in a beige fabric. Two loose scatter cushions in the same colour soften the back.
The open base keeps the piece visually light and lets cleaners mop underneath, which matters in cellar doors and lounges where furniture stays in place all day. It works as a free-standing two-seater facing a low table or as a short booth against a wall.
Construction: solid timber frame with mortise-and-tenon joints, walnut-tone commercial lacquer; cane panel set into a routed frame; seat cushion on plywood with high-resilience foam and removable cover with concealed zip.
Where it works: winery cellar doors, hotel lounges, cafe lounge corners and covered verandahs.
Care: cane should be kept out of constant direct sun and rain; for open-air areas choose one of our outdoor ranges.
Options: lengths from one to three seats, fabric or vinyl (COM accepted), stain to match your joinery.
