These are low, laid-back chairs for the slower corners of a venue. Each has a timber frame in a warm natural finish with angled legs and flat arms, and the seat and back are filled with a woven panel. In the group setting the weave is a cream paper cord with a loose cushion at the back; other versions shown use natural cane with a cream seat pad, an armless cane-back version, and a folding-style frame with a woven cord sling.
The four-chair arrangement around a round timber coffee table makes an easy lounge island beside a window or water feature, and the single chairs suit a reading nook or a hotel corridor.
Construction: solid timber frames, glued and screwed at stress points, commercial lacquer; hand-woven paper cord or cane panels in routed frames; optional loose cushions with removable covers.
Where it works: cafe lounges, hotel lobbies, cellar doors and covered verandahs out of the rain.
Care: woven cord and cane belong indoors or under full cover. For exposed areas, ask about our outdoor weaves.
Options: arms or armless, cord or cane, timber stain, cushion fabric.
